We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Made to order
Every AI MasterPrints item is made to order — your artwork is generated from your prompt and printed just for you. Nothing is pre-stocked, so each order goes into production after you check out.
Production time
After you place an order, it goes into production and is typically printed and packed within 2–5 business days before it ships. Posters and apparel are usually on the faster end; framed canvas can take a little longer.
Shipping time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Total time = production (2–5 business days) + shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays can occasionally add time.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate based on your destination and the type of item, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Rates below are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD); if you're shopping from the United States, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), converted automatically at checkout.
Posters, apparel, and mugs — one flat rate per order, no matter how many of these items you buy:

Canvas prints — because framed canvases are boxed and shipped individually, canvas shipping starts at the rate below and increases with each additional canvas in your order:

If your cart mixes canvas with other items, each is charged under its own rate and your total shipping is shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Taxes, customs & duties
Because we ship only within Canada and the United States, there are no cross-border customs fees or import duties on your order. Any applicable sales tax (for example, GST/HST on Canadian orders) is calculated and shown at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated, or your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable window past the estimate, email us at orders@ai-masterprints.com and we'll help track it down. See our Refund & Return Policy for lost-in-transit coverage.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us because of a bad address, we'll reach out to arrange a reship (additional shipping may apply).
