Refund policy

Every AI MasterPrints item is made to order — your artwork is generated from your prompt and printed just for you. Because each piece is custom and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong size/product. Please review your design, product, and size carefully before checking out.
That said, we stand behind the quality of every print.
We will replace or refund, free of charge, if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective (e.g. print errors, smudging, cracked frame).
- You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or design).
- Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within a reasonable time.
How to make a claim
Contact us at orders@ai-masterprints.com within 30 days of delivery (or, for lost packages, within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date). Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- For damaged or misprinted items, clear photos of the product and the packaging
We'll review and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You generally won't need to ship the item back; if a return is required, we'll provide instructions and cover the cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations & changes
Because we begin production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production (typically within a few hours of ordering). Contact us as soon as possible at orders@ai-masterprints.com and we'll do our best.
Incorrect address
We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we'll reach out to arrange a reship (additional shipping may apply). Please double-check your address.
